Stripe Multi-Currency Adapter Terms

Effective date: 20 December 2025

These Terms of Service govern use of the Stripe Multi-Currency Adapter operated by LADONNEE Consulting SARL à capital variable. By connecting your Stripe account you accept these terms on behalf of your organization.

1. Service

Stripe Multi-Currency Adapter separates balances and transactions by currency and makes them available through APIs and exports for accounting platforms. The service is provided on a best-effort basis with 99.5% monthly uptime target.

2. Eligibility

You must be a business user with a valid Stripe account and authority to grant OAuth permissions. We may suspend access if we detect abuse or security risk.

3. Fees & billing

Plans are billed monthly via Stripe. The Free tier is €0/month (or $0/month). Pro is €20/month (or $22/month). Business & Accounting Firms is €99/month (or $109/month) and includes 10 Stripe accounts; additional accounts beyond the included 10 are billed at €1/account/month (or $1.10/account/month) on a metered basis. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Data ownership

You retain ownership of all Stripe data. We process it solely to provide the service and never resell or share it with third parties.

5. Security & compliance

We rely on Stripe OAuth, Cloudflare Workers, and encrypted storage. You are responsible for managing access to your Stripe account and revoking OAuth tokens when needed.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LADONNEE Consulting is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

7. Term & termination

The agreement renews monthly. You may cancel any time via the billing portal or by emailing support@ladonnee.com. We may terminate for breach with 15 days' notice.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes will be resolved in the Commercial Court of Paris.
