Stripe Multi-Currency Adapter Privacy Policy

LADONNEE Consulting SARL à capital variable ("we", "us") operates the Stripe Multi-Currency Adapter. This privacy notice explains what data we process while providing multi-currency feeds from Stripe to your accounting systems and how we comply with GDPR.

1. Data we process

Stripe account metadata (account id, display name, country, currency capabilities).
Read-only balance and transaction data retrieved through Stripe OAuth.
Contact information you provide when requesting access or support.

2. Cookies and local storage

Clerk authentication cookies: We use essential authentication cookies provided by Clerk to maintain your session and enable secure access to the dashboard. These include __clerk_db_jwt (JWT tokens for database access) and __client_uat (user access tokens). These cookies are strictly necessary for the service to function and do not require consent under GDPR.
Cloudflare security cookies: Our infrastructure uses Cloudflare, which sets security cookies including __cf_bm (bot management) and _cfuvid (bot detection). These cookies are essential for protecting against DDoS attacks and ensuring service availability. They are strictly necessary and do not require consent under GDPR.
Session cookies: All authentication cookies are temporary and automatically deleted when you log out or after a period of inactivity.
Local storage: We store your theme preference (light/dark mode) in your browser's local storage. This data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.
API documentation cookies: Swagger UI (used in our API reference) may set cookies to remember your API documentation preferences. These are non-essential and can be disabled in your browser settings.
We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics cookies that would require your explicit consent.

4. Data residency & security

Data is stored securely using Cloudflare's infrastructure with encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest.
OAuth tokens are stored encrypted with automatic rotation and revocation.
We comply with GDPR requirements and use Standard Contractual Clauses for international data transfers.

5. Retention

Operational data is stored for 90 days, unless mandated otherwise.
Invoices and contractual records are retained for up to 10 years to comply with French bookkeeping obligations.

6. Your rights

Request access, correction, or deletion of your data.
Export data in a portable format.
Withdraw consent or disconnect the Stripe OAuth application at any time.
Manage cookie preferences through your browser settings or by clearing your browser's cookies and local storage.
